Fighting fentanyl trafficking is a major goal of the Trump administration, and it has been pressuring Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum to curb drug-related violence. In July, Mexico adopted a new intelligence and investigation law, and the reforms are already producing results. CGTN's Franc Contreras reports.
